Although unmarked with makers name we believe this to be a beautiful example of a Ridgway coffee cup & saucer with high looped handle. Underglaze blue with handpainted flowers within cartouches. Pattern 2/1520 (to be confirmed) see photo. Gilt patterns and lemon flowers to centres. Gadrooned rims. Late Regency or very early Victorian.In good condition with no damage found and minimal signs of rub to gilt. One or two blue paint dots to under glaze.
