It is important to us that our customers are happy with their purchase.If you have ANY reason to be unhappy please get in touch with us. We will always do our very best to put things right. We can only resolve a problem if we know about it. We appreciate all input on our service and products and are always looking for ways to improve standards.
If, in the unlikely event, you feel any item purchased is not as described then we are happy to refund the full cost of purchase upon safe return of the item (within seven days of receipt in UK or 14 days for overseas purchasers)
Please contact us via email or call us on (++44) 01629 760229 prior to return to confirm you are returning an item so that we can make sure you are refunded as soon as possible after its arrival back with us.
Please re-wrap the item carefully to avoid damage in transit. Also ensure you attain a proof of postage certificate, or equivalent, from your carrier in case of loss.
Refunds can only be made directly to the payment card or account used for purchase

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives safely we cannot be held responsible for any item damaged in transit.
Insurance can only cover loss of item and not any damage incurred enroute. We realise our items are delicate, individual and often irreplacable and always pack appropriately.
Should packaging seem to be at fault please retain all packaging and damaged items for verification. We will always do our utmost to resolve any problems our customers may have.Please contact us immediately should you have any problems with an item you have purchased.
