All items sent via Royalmail First Class Post; Parcelforce 48 or Appoved couriers.

Next working Day Delivery is available as an option, when you proceed to checkout,  for items ordered before 12.30 p.m.. For Saturday delivery please contact us by phone

Tracking and Insurance for overseas purchases can be taken out as an opptional extra when you proceed to checkout.

 NORMAL POSTAGE/DELIVERY

We do our very best to ensure all orders are processed within 48hrs of receiving payment.

Items posted within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class post, Parcelforce 48 or approved couriers with insurance against loss up to £39. 

Items posted Overseas are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet or approved couriers with tracking and insurance against loss up to £39.

We recommend that you take out extra insurance by taking out our "quicker delivery" option which will cover your purchase against loss for the amount of the purchase. Tracking is aslo included in this option.

 All our items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, protected with polystyrene beads and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes so your items will reach you safely. Any breakages due to faulty packing will be entitled to a full refund.Please remember that a portion of postage /packing costs is to cover good quality packing materials

 Overseas Packages will be sent by Standard Airmail up to 1.3 KG in weight. Larger packages will be sent by courier.

We will always try and send your package by the safest and most economical route using tried and trusted couriers. OCCASIONALLY when booking a courier for overseas orders, we find we are able to send packages abroad for less than the price charged  If that is ever the case we will always refund any overpayment once the order has been packed and weighed/ measured.
