Prettily decorated ribbed cup & saucer which we believe to be by Sir James Duke & nephews and dating to c1860+. Mint green ground wiith pale peach borders. Hand painted with garlands of roses forget-me-nots and heartsease (Violets). Pattern number 6/2987. In good condition with no damage noted.Minimal wear to gilt. A rare set!
